Just looking became driving in style
I walked into today to look at a vehicle that came up as being there on Facebook with no real intention of buying, but ended up working with Tommy. He was the realest, most honest car salesman that I've ever worked with. He worked all day making sure that I could drive home in the vehicle that I saw and only wanted to look at. He helped me figure out an issue I was having with the vehicle I was in that I didn't know was even possible.

The finance lady and the guy she was training, I forgot their names (sorry!) were absolutely amazing too. They worked it out that I was able to get gap insurance/maintenance and all the little extras for very little extra a month and we're so friendly and kind.

Don't sleep on Hodge Hyundai..they treated me, my mom and stepdad with respect and did not give us that car salesman attitude. Because of them, I walked in to look and walked out with the vehicle with all the bells and whistles I had been dreaming about forever

Not happy customer
Me and my wife bought a 2022 Hyundai sonata I found the front hub bearings to be rough so she takes it in to be looked at and they tell her they are fine, I've been doing this kind of work for 40 years and I feel the tech didn't know how to check them and I'll tell you I'm not a happy customer

Pathetic
Let me start by saying the service advisor Austin Hebb was great, but aside from that nothing good to say. My wife took her car in for the complimentary oil change since we purchased it there and 8:00 am this morning and when she got there they had 4 oil changes ahead of her so she goes and finds the waiting area to find that none of the lights in the building was turned on. There were 4 other customers sitting in the dark. So she finally got up and found the light switches and turned on the lights. ( pathetic) 2 1/2 hours later they come tell her that she is ready to go. The service manager Eddie was running around like he was lost and nobody seemed to care that it took 2 1/2 hours to take care of her oil change. Seems to me that the General Manager needs replaced with someone that cares about there customers. Will not recommend James Hodge Hyundai until Management changes.

Unbelievable
If you start reading this and don’t like it, then move on the the next post!!!!!!!

I want to get this out in the open. Most of you already know that i have been a Manager at JAMES HODGE HYUNDAI for several years now. On Jan 16th of this year, what was a great and enjoyable job became a total nightmare. The morning of the 16th our General Manager of 4 years came in and resigned, of course it is the car business and we have seen many come and go, but us loyal employees that had been there for years never imagined the nightmare we was about to face. The owner brings in a FAST TALKIN,SKINNY PANTS, BACKWARDS HAT WEARIN CITY BOY FROM DALLAS. He starts telling us that he is going to show us how to sell cars and lie to our Customers the DALLAS way. Well I worked there for the fact that the place was built on honesty and taking pride in treating our customers with respect and honesty. Well Friday morning I was called into the office and was INFORMED THAT I WAS BEING TERMINATED, when I ask for what reason I was told that he didn’t have to give any reason or explanation why. My response to the was does the man I work for know what your doing ? I never got an answer just a nod. Well I wasn’t being fired for my job performance, because i was there 6 days a week and made the store profitable. When I say nightmare I mean it, I set in meetings when employees along with myself was talked to and threatened like we was less than human beings, then when we confronted the CITY BOY we where told that he in fact was singling out and picking on us and it goes on. From a Oklahoma country boys point of view this is Muskogee Oklahoma not Dallas Tx, you might get away with treating people like crap in Texas, but in Muskogee if you plan on keeping your business you need some lessons in customer service. Five minutes after i was told that my years of dedication to this Auto Group had been terminated I called the man that I spent endless hours sacrificing family and grandkids to make sure his business was open and cars being sold and customers treated with honesty and respect only to get a voicemail and no return call. if I can’t tell my story to the man that I worked for then I’ll tell it to the whole world. Quality cars and exceptional service is far from the truth.

Service advisors are good guys,but the Service Manager is out there. Don’t know what he’s on but must be good stuff. Trying to charge for the Hyundai complimentary oil changes. It’s not enough to pay over MSRP for a new car ,and then be told that you have to pay for the oil change that Hyundai and James Hodge Hyundai advertises is free. Come on Hodge Hyundai hire people to work for you that are honest. I will take my business to Jay Hodge Chevrolet. Now those guys are good honest people.

Great service!
I bought my car at a different dealership in Tulsa, however, I was not happy with the service department. I stopped by James Hodge Hyundai to ask a question and was immediately greeted and helped to the correct department. The service department was wonderful! They realigned my vehicle, checked parts that I was told needed replaced, all without charge. Will be returning in the future!

Air conditioner/heater repair
I spent close to $1000 to get the problem fixed. Took it in and told them a/c would blow cold air then hot air and heater the same. “Fixed “ at a cost of $227. Still not working so took it back. “Fixed” it again with second part and additional charge. Not working, same problem so took it back. Third part and another charge. Drove about a mile, not cooling so turned around and took it back immediately. Said they called Hyundai to find out what to do so yet another part had to be ordered. It was supposed to be in the next day . I called and part did not come in. Said they would call me. Should have called on Thursday or Friday. No call. I called them Monday and was told part in, bring my car anytime. Said a message had been left. No record of a call from them nor any messages. Took it in and told that when a new compressor is put on some times it causes metal shavings. That was reason for need for the valve. So accentuator door, compressor, blower and valve. Makes me wonder if they know what they are doing. Service manager said any further a/c problem would be fixed free. Why would I trust them. Will never return.

I usually come in for the free oil change since I bought my Elantra from them & they've always taken exceptional care of my car when they do it. The automotive employees in their garage have my thanks for keeping the oil changed & will continue to have it for every time I come in.
