Honest, great communication, great work
I took my truck into a different shop for diagnostics. After chatting with JAKL owners, i realized the the ridiculousness of the other shops quote. JAKL got me in quickly to run a diagnostic and were quickly able to identify the issue & bring parts in. I really appreciated the honesty of the owbers & staff-they fixed the problem, not the "possibilities."
The staff communicated with me thoroughly thoughout the process- explaining what the issues were, to how long they needed to keep my truck. Overall great experience
