Rude and offer no information to explain things
I had my car inspected here and before I took it in I forgot to drive it before bringing it in. He rejected me because I didn’t pass the emissions test and said I need to drive it 100 to 200 miles and bring it back. That didn’t make sense to me so I brought it somewhere else. At the new place I was immediately asked if I had my battery replaced recently to which I responded yes. He explained that when the electrical system is shut off it takes 100 to 200 miles to reset it to pass the emissions test. The jerk at Jacobs never even asked me that question. I also learned from the new place that this also applies if any repairs are done when the electrical system needs to be turned off.

The guy at Jacob’s told me to leave in a very rude way. These men are incapable of explaining any reason for your problem. I also would not recommend any women going to this place
