This was a VERY bad experience
Our vehicle broke down and we had it towed to Jackson's. The next day, it was supposedly fixed, so the driver went out on their route in the later part of the afternoon. Within two hours of getting it out of the shop, it broke down again - with the EXACT same issue. Jackson's was unwilling to send a mechanic out to look at it, just to confirm that it wasn't something simple that was overlooked. It then had to be towed for the 2nd time in two days to OUR mechanic - which is much further away - to the tune of $550.00. Jackson's was also unwilling to pay the 2nd tow bill - which was due to their poor quality work.
