After an incompetent windshield replacement job by Safelite on my old well-loved 92 Toyota pickup , I was freaked out and depressed by the shoddy job Safelite did, and spent 10 days trying to get their customer service to respond to me with no avail.....a great friend of mine in Nashville recommended Jack Morris highly and I gave them a call a few days ago and heard back from the manager Sherese Da Silva with two hours, she was very helpful and said I could just drive over as soon as I liked and they would check out my truck's windshield for me. I did so, and left the truck overnight and they totally corrected the shoddy work done 2 and a half weeks ago by Safelite, and they were able to salvage the same windshield so it was not very expensive ,and looks a heck of a lot better on the outside trim than it did after the Safelite guy worked on it.......THESE PEOPLE AT JACK MORRIS IN NASHVILLE ARE THE BEST......take it from a guy who always gets screwed first before he finds the right guys to begin with.....I believe the techs name is Jonathan and he really explained things to me so that I could understand what he was going to do, and it looks great on the outside and he did say the original Safelite glue job was really bad, so he did it right. I really appreciate what they did for me !! I have been in Nashville since the 1970s and know a lot of people, and they will all soon know where the best Auto Glass shop in Tennessee is...I gotta big mouth so everybody's gonna know about these guys !! Went in to have a window fixed
They checked and the window was fine just off track in the door - offered to not charge me. So I bought windshield wipers so I could at least buy something there. The whole staff was so friendly and I will recommend to everyone I know. This place is the best!

I had some hiccups with the replacement. First appointment I scheduled, the repair couldn't be done because of a miscommunication (apparently my car is one of the few versions of its model that has an electronic sensor in the rearview mirror". My second appointment had to be cancelled because of rain, which was a little frustrating. That said I think the team did the best they could given the high volume of work after January freezes, and the ability to have someone come out to where I worked saved a big headache trying to arrange time off with work. I really am the work and help you guys did!

I was very happy with how quickly you were able to take care of my car. You also were on time and called ahead of time to make me aware of your arrival. I also appreciate your safety with the current pandemic. The only issue I had was I found more glass under my seat that didn't get cleaned out, but when my window was busted glass went everywhere. So I think it's expected to keep find more after being cleaned. Thank you for making the experience smooth and easy, as I was dealing with a lot at the time.
