I have had a few windshields replaced since I have been in Memphis the last 15 years. Why I never heard of Jack Morris Autoglass I do not know. Two different people I crochet with weekly recommended Jack Morris and I am so glad I went there. Jennifer in the office is wonderfully helpful. Pleasant to work with and even went above and beyond to help me as I did not remember my auto insurance information, cannot do that email, take a picture and send it back, and I am physically disabled and cannot walk well. She did it all for me, and I am such an extremely happy customer. Stopped by there on Tuesday, scheduled for windshield replacement on Friday!!! No hassle. No pressure. No stress!! I will definitely be referring anyone and everyone to Jack Morris Autoglass, and specifically referring everybody to Jennifer!!!! Thanks, y'all!!!!

Very Impressed.
I called several different companies before deciding on Jack Morris. The experience was so much more than I expected. The staff was wonderful and very engaging - which is important if you have to stay with your car. The car was finished in about 90 minutes, which is far quicker than their estimate. The price was extremely reasonable. I have no complaints, and I highly already recommended them.

Why even have an appointment
Winchester location, appointment at 11 am , 130 I ask are y’all gonna work on my car today, close too 3 we hope to get u out with in the hour , still waiting no info unless I ask , worst customer service ever, hey why even make an appointment , wasn’t much better when we called but they did answer the phone after 7 attempts on 3 days plus one email!! ! I’ll never grace the doors again, even over heard they had a cancellation before we arrived!!!!!

Everything from insurance company and glass font was perfect Except….the installation of the rain sensor for the wipers. The mesh has a spot on the top right corner that's messed up. Not damaged but not Adhered properly. Other than that everything else was. 10.

The only reason I answered "no" to the timing question was because my initial glass repair date was moved after the quality inspection reveled a scratch on the available replacement shield. So although it wasn't technically done when guaranteed originally, the reasoning made sense and showed conscientious care.
