I THINK WHEN YOU CHANGE A GLASS OUT AND IF THE TRIM BREAKS, THEN YOU SHOULD REPALCE IT, EVEN IF THE CAR IS 15 YEARS OLD. NOW MY ANTENNA WIRE JUST VIBRATES IN THE WIND, REPLACE WHAT NEEDS REPLACING AND LET THE INSURANCE PAID FOR THE TRIM.

I have called and left messages, no reply never and answer! Had a car that had to be rescheduled due to weather, i understand that then i went to try to check when it was on schedule and nobody to answer the phone. had to request service again to try to get someone to answer.
Just have someone answer the phone this is a people business and (people are going to do business with people that are easy to do business with)!

Professional service which was completed in a timely manner. The technician took extra time to remove our Toll and Parking stickers from our damaged windshield and place these on our new front windshield after it was installed. The windshield was thoroughly cleaned before the technician left.
