Bumper repair
The staff at CARSTAR is very helpful and friendly. I was new to the whole auto repair experience and didn't know much about the process and they helped me through it. I needed a rental car and CARSTAR is contracted with enterprise making picking up/dropping off a vehicle very easy. They have great customer service and had my vehicle repaired and returned to me in spotless condition!

They were very friendly but the cost to repair my vehicle was thousands of dollars more than what I was quoted. Luckily, I wasn't paying for it. They only communicated once during the week and a half they had my car. As far as I know the repairs are fine but I'm a 65-year-old woman who knows zip about cars and how they run. The absolute deal breaker for me was the ridiculous difference between the estimate and the actual cost.

Positive Repair Experience
I appreciate how fast they were to get my car in, the work was completed and my car returned to me on time as promised. My only complaint is that 3 times when I was told I would receive a call back on the progress of the car I didn’t get a call back. However , I know how busy they are, and when I called for updates they seemed knowledgeable of what had been done to the car so far. Other than that one little thing I am very happy with the service and work done to my car. I would recommend them.

Bad customer service
did not leave my vehicle looking like what it did when I dropped it off. They said they could not replicate it as it was aftermarket but the car was bought from Subaru like that. called to request previous parts and was spoken to rudely and condescending.

not the best experience
Dropped off my car and had it here for a week to complete repairs. Was told they could not replicate how my vehicle was dropped off cosmetically as emblem and pinstripe were considered “aftermarket” even though that’s how it was purchased. I have had work done at other shops who have replaced pinstripe and other details of vehicle. I called to ask about it and was met with attitude and have not been contacted from them again after asking for my parts to do myself. Please visit another shop if you don’t want to hassle.
