Very fast and great communication with driver and office staff
vehicle broke down on highway, I need a tow and called J & M. The response time was fantastic and they did a great job. Carrie the office worker was awesome and very helpful, everyone involved had great communication skills and I received texts every step of the way.

Speedy turn around

Starter went Bad
Had them put a new starter in last year. The starter went bad but was still under warranty, so they replaced it free of charge.

Went above and beyond
Driver came and jump started my car. Took the time to educate me on my dead battery and called the shop to order a replacement. In the time it took me to drive across town the replacement battery was at their shop. The tech installed it right away. Took less than an hour for me to be jumped, brand new battery installed and back home.
