Called to schedule on a Thursday, brought the truck in on Monday. I had never been here before and didn’t know the process. It did take them a few days to look at the truck, and then a couple more days to complete the work. All in all, they had it for 5 days, which is a long stretch to be without a vehicle. In fairness though, I told them I was in no hurry to get it back. Just a little surprised by the timing. They did an excellent job however.
