Emad represents a bygone era: Honest, caring, empathetic and offering world class service of cars
I will be 60 years old this year, and I’ve dealt with many mechanics over the decades. I can honestly say there are none I trust, respect, and admire more than Emad Salama and his team of professional, diligent, and honest mechanics.

Emad exemplifies honesty, integrity, and a quality of character that feels increasingly rare in our fast-paced life here in Los Angeles. I simply cannot be the only one who recognizes this.

What stands out immediately is the level of trust he inspires. Emad is fair, honest, and genuinely focused on doing what’s right for his customers. There is never a sense of being upsold or pressured. I truly appreciate his clear communication and straightforward approach. Whatever he tells me the bill will be, I’m happy to pay it, because I know it reflects exactly what was needed — and nothing more.

Some may accuse me of being naïve, but I disagree. With age comes wisdom and discernment, and I’ve earned my credibility the hard way.

Emad is always incredibly busy — phones ringing, cars lined up, nonstop demand — yet the atmosphere in the shop remains calm, professional, and orderly. Despite the volume of work, the team never appears rushed or stressed. That kind of environment does not happen by accident; it reflects strong leadership and a business run with care and respect.

If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust completely — someone who runs his business the right way and treats people with honesty and dignity — Emad is the real deal. I only wish this kind of experience were duplicated in every aspect of our lives, but too often the inverse is true.
