Alvin said he took his vehicle to the business for diagnostic with an appointment. He stated that the business kept his vehicle for 3 weeks but did not do the diagnostic because they were short of technicians. He said he was not told about this fact when he made the appointment and during the 3 weeks that they kept his vehicle.
Lorenzo said they discovered the problem and fixed it. They were actually honest with him and gave him a refund back, it didn't costs as much as he thought it would. They are great business that provides great vehicle service and he will be coming back.
J&S saves the day again. My Mazda 3 was in a bad way after a damaging accident. J&S fixed the problem, and also in their inspection found my shocks were leaking. They handled that additionally with no problems. Thanks J&S!
Casey said he dropped his vehicle off, within an hour the business called and told him what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. He told them to go ahead and do the work, they did it in a timely manner and let him know when it was done.
