Sara said they got her in as soon as they could and they did the work. They called her numerous times with updates and didn't pressure her, it was convenient.

Alternator Replacement
J&D again has delivered with an outstanding performance. When my alternator stopped working I brought the car on a flatbed to. j&D. I was given a date of completion and an estimate. The work was completed days early and cost considerably less than anticipated. I got the car back a week ago and it has been working great. Great job and phenomenal customer service. Thank you for the great work!

I have an older car that recently had an issue with the exhaust system. While parts were hard to locate the problem was fixed in an outstanding manner. These folks are masters, as the phrase goes, of improvising, adapting and overcoming. The fix was done extremely well and quickly. These folks are great!
