First off the female who answers the phones has Total lack of customer service skills and knowledge. The woman, who answered the phone had no idea about mileage/ oil change for my vehicle and could hardly speak properly.After finally getting my car in for service I get lied to actually everyone who gets service here are being lied to and they dont even hide it well male management s very vocal about how the coronavirus is just a flu and it's no big deal where's no mask . Clearly he has not lost anyone due to the virus or he would be taking it more seriously and would make his employees take it more seriously. Shame on him . Now the biggest lie they are publicly telling people is the are sanitizing the cars before they are given back to customers when I BROUGHT my car in for service when they took my car it was not sanitized before the technician worked on it (there for putting the mechanic at risk ) got in my car no mask . After he was done working on my car parked it . At no point did anyone disinfect it no-one sprayed it wiped it down or cleaned it before I got it back . SO please tell me how they care about employees or customer safety. Shame on you for bullshitting customers . Sad part I seen the owner on the news talking about them giving cars to first responders which is great after what I saw today I hope the cars they were given were disinfected before given out and I hope no one got sick because of there lack of cleanliness. I give you 0 stars
