What i asked for in additional to oil change
I stated: The windshield washer nozzles are not working properly. I flushed the lines and have plenty of flow. Please replace both nozzles.
What was written on work order by person who checked me in: Customer states washer nozzles are not shooting please check.
What the service tech wrote on work order: Could not confirm customer concern, nozzles are shooting fluid but does not shoot properly. Attempted to adjust and unclog nozzles but was unable to fix. Recommend replacing the washer nozzles.
I've been bringing my two Honda's here for years. I can always count on them to do the job right the first time. The prices are good as well.
My last service rep, Sami was great. From the moment I walked into the service department he was friendly and very helpful(actually out of the 4 reps there, he was the only one to greet me). He also greeted me in the same way the next day when I returned for my car.

FIRST OF ALL: THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON IH's SALES TACTICS...NOT ON ANY INDIVIDUAL SALES PERSON. IH sales METHODS are the biggest bunch of FULL OF SHIT, CON/SCAM ARTIST TACTICS on the fuc_en planet. Sly buggahs grease you up and down for 3-1/2 hours and then send you to the 'finance manager' to sign your life away...which you do JUST TO GET THE FU_K HOME FOR DINNER (got there at 3:45, left after 8:00). In the morning you face the reality of getting shammed up the ass (eg. $395 "doc. fees" on a USED car: COME ON!!!!) when you actully review the super LENGTHY contract. By then it's too late. My bad, I have to accept GETTING RIPPED. HOWEVER.......
Karma, batchi, bad luck, etc....has a magnificent way of coming back--- ten fold sometimes! You guys are worst than attorneys.... How you manage a 'normal' life is way beyond my WILDEST fathoming. Not for all the fuc_n $$$ in the world would I be able to do that to another person.
