Never had time to fix Car was there for two days
I took my 2000 ford Taurus up there and left it for some electrical issues and an ac diagnosis. I left my car there at 9:30 am on Thursday and they did not call me or start work on my car until 1:00pm on Friday.

I went up there to get my car since they said on the phone you can come up and get it and I my needed car. The service manager did not even come up and talk with me as to why he didn't even get anything done at his auto place. The manager Will said he had to keep pulling techs off of my vehicle due to other vehicles needed fixed, not really a customer issue.
not sure how they have any good reviews must be payed for. They have a appointment tab on their website I used it still did not matter. not sure how they are still in business I would not take my car there again or recommend them at all. I don't see this shop staying in business much longer with the scheduling issues

Poor attention to detail and subpar repairs
Our Buick was in an accident in March 2023, complete front-end damage, new AC, new radiator, new hood, bumper, etc.. We chose this repair shop because we have AAA insurance, and this is a preferred facility. This is not a primary car for us so while the delays were several weeks long, once we got the car back, we didn't drive it frequently after it was driven a short distance home. We drove the car a few weeks later about 20 mins from our house. On the way home the car completely overheated. I contacted Classic Collision (aka Irish Mikes), and they sent a tow truck to pick up the car after I refused to drive it back to them. I was later today 4 days later - that they had failed to put radiator fluid back into the car after they replaced the radiator. They corrected that mistake and I picked up the car again.

The car sat for several more weeks, only driving it short distances. last week I took the car for a longer drive and found that the air conditioner was not working. My mechanic popped the hood, and the cable broke for the hood. We looked at the AC and it appears to have too much Freon in it, the gauge goes from green to red, and green to red. The hood is now broken, and I cannot close it so I'm not going to drive it back to them. Upon further inspection of the hood, I see a big glob of paint where they repainted the hood!

I had to call them 4 times before they finally scheduled someone to pick up the car and look at it again.

This place is a circus. The tow truck driver just picked i up again, so we'll see what they say the reason is for the problems this time.

Never again.

The best mechanic in Central Florida
It's so important to find a really good mechanic. And I did by bringing my cars to be service in Irsh Mike. .my Husband and I recommend this place 100% from the friendly staff to the the best mechanics.

Store Mgr ( ROB ) AWESOME !!
Rob has been taking care of my families cars for years. Always straight forward with what my car needs and never tries to upsell me things i dont like those tire stores and dealerships do. I don't feel that pressure you get from those places. That makes me very uncomfortable. Rob explains things to me and if i don't understand he will take me to the car and show me and explain what it does and how it works if needed. I wish there were more people like him out there.

Great place, Great service
Brought my Volvo in and the water pump was leaking. They fixed it fast and a lot cheaper than the dealership. The technician knew the Volvo brand and I was very confident in his experience. The whole job from start to finish totally satisfied. Thank you Irish Mikes Total Car Care.

My 75 Chrysler New Yorker she’s temperamental.
