Betsy said this is a new vehicle for her, she's taken previous vehicles there before and she's always gotten excellent service there. Everyone is up-front and they listen to her, they take care of everyone who goes there. Everyone is very friendly there and she has sent quite a few friends there, as well.

High Integrity and Honest
I have had this shop as my "partner" in auto repair since 1980. Many mechanics in my family. I am an engineer and do a lot of my own maintenence on my vehicles. I rarely write a review, but this one is overdue. These guys are the best. They let me know what they can and sometimes can't do. If they can't fix it, or if they check and work is not needed, they won't charge anything. They fully guarantee their work. If I don't agree about something, wow - I still respect and totally trust what they share with me. No, sometimes we don't get it right the first time. They will go the extra 5 miles to diagnose or make it right. In the end they save me money and give me confidence my vehicle is ready to go. Very high integrity, always. Honesty in every conversation. Are they busy - oh yes - because they are good at what they do.

Awesome!
I am so impressed every time I come in. Yesterday I walked into the office and an older lady was being super rude and insisted on knowing better than the professionals when it came to tires (lol). Greg was so kind, patient, and tried to make light of her rudeness. Other people probably would have refused service because she was cussing at him. Anyway, he handled it graciously and I just want to say God bless you! Thanks for an easy oil change!

Check Engine Light
Greg and his team take a no nonsense customer service focused approach that I really appreciate. Our Ford Explorer had a check engine light engine that ended up requiring an EGR sensor replacement. I was provided an estimate that was not over inflated like many Dealer shops tend to do. They use OEM parts which only adds to the confidence that any repairs will resolve your automotive problem. If you want to help pay a dealer shop for their showroom, advertising , cheap coffee and extended wait times to get in then spend away. If you want an honest repair at a very reasonable price then call Greg Hatcher and his team at Interstate Tire and Repair.

Amazing group of mechanics
The guys here are amazing; my husband and I have been having our cars worked on here regularly for a little over a year and the crew is always respectful, upfront about pricing, and they never try to upsell you on something you don’t need.
