Great Service
Took my Mazda CX5 in for mileage service and the person at the from desk was very helpful and really took care of what needed done. Needed rear window wiper blade which was not in stock. He ordered one that will be delivered and once in I will be called to get it installed. This was done but there was a different person at the front desk and this gentleman was as helpful as the first person i worked with. Both times there I waited and the service was done in a very timely.
I now have new service center for my Mazda since I have moved from Mechanicsburg to Elizabethtown

As always, great recommendations with no pressure. Fantastic mechanics! All the work is done right, in a timely fashion. The car care club saves you cash over a year and can be used on any vehicle you bring in. On this particular visit (being in the midst of a pandemic),I noticed a table in front of the checkout preventing people from coming right up to it. I appreciated this knowing that some people don't know what 6 feet is. Everyone was wearing a mask. I saw someone moving around the waiting room in scrubs. I assumed this was a customer picking up their car after work. That is until I noticed he had rubber gloves on and was wiping down the seats in the waiting room, door knobs, etc. I know there are regulations set forth for this but to see it in action is very comforting. Thank you! The icing on the cake this trip? When I got my keys back, it had a caribiner with a small hand sanitizer attached! This is what you call above and beyond customer care! It is obvious they are thinking about both the customer and their employees during this tough time for everyone. All of this, and service still never missed a beat. It would be tough to best this place when you add up all the factors you want in a shop. Highly recommended!

Extremely Happy
My experience working with Keith and the team was awesome. They were clear and upfront, and did all they could do to get our van inspected quickly, and when it needed something, they tried to fix it in a way that was most cost effective for me. They got me in quick, and then were careful not to break any sensors or cause any more need for more parts. We are thankful for them.

Service Desk
The service desk individual during my visit wasn't very personable unlike Keith who is normally there. Keith is 5 star.

Provide over and above service
The appointment was scheduled to accommodate my schedule. Dave asked questions and made service suggestions to make sure my car was ready for future travel. I am by myself so I greatly appreciate their willingness to bring me home and back. Have never had a problem with the work done. Only service center I use!

Excellent Service!
The service was great and everyone was very polite. It was done quickly and I felt confident leaving my car there to be inspected and for an oil change. It was convenient and close.

Great Customer Service
When I called to make my appointment the customer service was great. I was able to make a timely appointment to work with my schedule. On the day of appointment I was provided a shuttle to take me back home and pick me up to return for my vehicle. This is a great service. Very pleased with my first visit to Interstate Service Center.
