Nickle and dime
Spending $90 on a air filter and wiper blade removal is comical at best especially when I take my car in for an oil change.

Hard to trust to take my car back when these charges get tacked on.

The additional services and parts recommended during your visit were optional and approved prior to installation. We use premium-quality components, including Bosch wiper blades and high-quality filtration products, rather than lower-cost economy alternatives.

Our goal is never to “nickel and dime” customers, but rather to identify maintenance items that may help keep the vehicle safe and operating properly. We do understand your concerns regarding overall cost and truly appreciate the honest feedback, as it helps us improve communication and the customer experience moving forward.
