They are really honest people
I bought a new car and had my brakes checked elsewhere. They said that I'll need to have my brake pads and rotors changed. I asked around to get the quotes from a few places and the Integrity auto were one of the cheapest, with the highest reviews. So, I went to them to ask if they can work on my brakes. They told me that my brakes were perfectly fine and actually, the pads are almost new! It just needed some tune up. They could've just fooled me but they are true to their name! On Reddit, someone mentioned that their second name is 'honest Abe'. Which turned out to be true!

Excellent Service
I’m so happy a friend recommended Integrity. I was treated with respect & felt the prices were fair for the work performed. As a female, I have had places try to take advantage of my limited vehicle knowledge. I won’t take my vehicle any place else. Their name suits them.

I have looked over your invoice for diagnosing 3 different warning lights and 4 different problems which took over 3 hours to try to determine the reason for 3 warning lights and 4 different codes. Which you were only charged 1 hours labor and looking over the quotes that Casie gave you to fix ALL 4 problems look to be right on point and fair. If you do get this repaired done any cheaper (at a credible repair shop) please bring a copy by to show me what we are doing wrong and how we can serve our customer better.

Fast and friendly service.
Needed a brake job. I stopped by Integrity to get an estimate and find out when it could be done. They took me in right then and got in done in a few hours and got me back on the road! Everyone was so nice and That means everything these days. Thank you

Trusted shop.
Integrity made it very easy for me to drop vehicle off with their night drop. They called several times to keep me updated, and can say they are honest and do not over charge. They are very busy, so I believe the repair took longer than it would at a dealership, but I am going to start using them from here on out.

Service
Had a check engine light start flashing. Called Integrity. They had me bring my truck in the next morning. They diagnosed problem, fixed said problem (bad spark plug and coil pack) and had my truck ready by early afternoon which also included regular scheduled oil change.
Trust and Integrity are very important to me and that is what I get every time. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. I truly appreciate Integrity and even more the great people who are there.
Thanks Integrity for the peace of mind knowing that the work will be done in an honest and friendly manner.

Beyond Five Stars
My 2013 Honda Odyssey AC had not
Been cooling effectively. I took it to several shops for estimates. One quoted $349 the other $500. I was told the whole unit would have to be taken out and rebuilt. Since I wasn’t born yesterday I left those establishments. Multiple friends told me to take it to Integrity. These fine folks took care of
My problem for $149.00. They added Freon and a red dye colorant. I am to take it back in 5-7 days for recheck. It may need more work but if it does I will know I am being treated fairly. I appreciate their honesty and INTEGRITY. Don’t hesitate to visit these good people.
