My original step rails rusted out, and I was afraid I would bust them every time I stepped up into my Expedition. I found a great replacement set on Amazon where I can research and read reviews before I purchase an item. I found a great set, and what was especially awesome was that I could have them shipped directly to Integrity.
That really saved me a lot of trouble. I love that!
So, when I got there today, they were all ready for me - and they did a great job at a really fair price. I also got my oil change while I was there. I love these folks.
They were very busy but did a great job of squeezing me in. Though I will admit, I don't mind waiting in their waiting room. It's large, has several different types of chairs - including a couple of overstuffed ones and a matching overstuffed couch.
It's not just the decor, but they offer free WiFi, a computer station, and two spotless bathrooms. Amazing!
I also have to admit, I'm in love with their Enormous High Def TV.
And, if all that isn't enough, every time one of the owners or their staff walked by, they offered coffee or a cold refreshing soda. They even had some yummy looking muffins that tempted me. I settled on a Mountain Dew - and there was no charge. This is truly appreciated in today's' service deprived world.
You'd think they were padding their bill to cover the costs - but, I'm telling you straight - their prices are the best I've found from a company that I completely trust. Integrity is a great name for this group of professionals.
And, get this... when I went to leave and pay my bill - they gave me a nicely wrapped Christmas gift - a beautiful handmade ornament that will look awesome on my tree. What a nice touch (though every time I have used their service they provided a nice little gift item).
So, if you want to know if you should give them a try - I STRONGLY recommend that you do. Things can always come up with car repairs - but you can almost enjoy the experience by using Integrity Auto Care in South Beloit to take care of your auto repair needs!
