I’ve got a 2007 Toyota 4Runner with an 187k miles and knew I was due for a timing belt and water pump and a bunch of other service items. Just before bringing it in for that, I had a bunch of warning lights go on on the dash. Clint kept me informed all along the way, including the discovery of critters that had chewed some of the wiring. They fixed everything, trucks running great and I’ve found my independent auto repair shop for my Toyotas going forward. Thanks guys.

Over 20 years of perfect service to my family…
Just as important as maintenance and repair, they’ve been our automotive technical advisors for decades. Not only have they repaired all our vehicles perfectly, first time, on time, every time, they’ve also accurately predicted the demise of our vehicles allowing us to properly plan and avoid being stranded. They patiently share their vast knowledge about the reliability of all the different vehicles and technologies out there today. Frankly, I don’t make any auto purchases without talking to them first. They’re easy to communicate with, professional, and their work on 5 vehicles over 20 years has been perfect. There may be cheaper shops in town. I’ll never know because I’ll always use Import Authority.

Honest and thorough
I have been taking my car to Import Authority for 10 years. They have always been very honest and fair with me. They take me seriously and do not talk down to me, which is not the case at many shops when you are female. They have always done good work on the car that lasts. The car I just picked up from them (2012 Elantra) is running really well and has a new lease on life after a 100k mile checkup and list of repairs. Highly recommend them for your foreign car.

Hard job made easy
My 2008 Miata needed a passenger door handle. They quoted me a price to put that door handle on and added in an oil change at the regular price and away I drove. It’s very handy to get a ride home after I drop off my car, but that’s the way they are: willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
