Excellent service
Brought my Santa Fe in that was purchased elsewhere for some regular vehicle maintenance, all requested service was completed, upcoming work was discussed without any pressure or trying to gain more work while the vehicle was in. Washed and shined too. NICE JOB everyone!!!

When it is time to change cars, I start in Milford but end up on RT 1. Not this time. The sales person, Camila Da Silva , listened to me, made sensible comments, without jumping up and saying she had to ask her Manager. She took care of little things that I felt favorable. So if you are looking for a car, stop in Imperial Hyundai kin Milford,MA and ask for her

Quick check on new car
We purchased a Tucson in August and 3k miles later, we noticed fluid under the car after it had sat for a short period of time. Knowing we were heading out of town, we took it in for a quick check without and appt. They were amazing and not only took it right in, but brought us back to see exactly what they saw and we were on our way in 15 mins.
It's our first purchase at Imperial and experience with their service department but we were impressed and looking forward to future positive encounters!

Excellent seller
Extremely satisfied with the service provided by the seller Camila. From the first contact she was super attentive and helpful in all the questions I had. The second car I buy from her is the third one!

Two people saved the day
Shit happens and sometimes it happens back to back to back. That is the case for my situation. I went in for preventative maintenance and ended up with the death of my transmission. You would think I'd give a 1 star review, but when errors happens that is the time you learn the true character of the company. Mike Penner (the exec GM) is amazing at his job. His fast response was unmatched. He ensured that the error that occured would be made right.

It's disappointing that a customer has to escalate the situation to the exec GM, but after trying for a week to resolve the issue I needed to escalate it. I honestly thought that I would not receive a response. His response was within 90 minutes of my email. Amazing.

To be honest, I was ignored by other managers until I escalated to Mike Penner. It was only until he stepped in that the other managers cared to help.

The other shining star was Sabrina. She was absolutely a joy to work with. She works in sales and was assigned to my case after it was decided a better option was to purchase a different vehicle versus having them put in a new transmission. Every small thing I asked (touch up paint, buff out a few scratches on a certified pre-owned I was interested in) she got done immediately. She genuinely seemed to care and was the only person who actually apologized besides Mike Penner.

Personally I would like to see Sabrina in a higher level position. She cared about what I was going through, and was hugely apologetic even when the certified pre-owned (36,000 miles) I purchased needed a new catalytic converter within 100 miles of purchasing it. (Yes, it was a serious of one bad event after another).

While the response time of one of the other managers was great when the certified pre-owned had an issue, it was Sabrina who made me feel the most cared about.

If you are from Imperial and are reading this move Sabrina up! It's because of Mike and her that I will continue to go to Imperial. It's because of them I am not giving a 1 star review. And it's because of them I didn't hire a lawyer.

Incompetent Service Department
I scheduled a service appointment for the recalibration of my front-facing camera. I was told it was a 2-hour job. I dropped the car off the night before so that they would have access to it first thing the next morning. Around 11 a.m. I called for a status check to see when I could pick the car up. I was told it was not ready, but that it would be ready by 5:00 (odd for a 2 hour job). The individual told me that they would call me when the car was ready. At 5:20 p.m. still no call. So I called them, only to be told that the techs who could perform the job had called in sick and that the car wouldn't be ready until the following day. Needless to say, I was upset that they not only didn't give me that information at 11 a.m. when I called them, but that NOONE was going to call me to tell me my car wouldn't be ready on that day. It was a pretty big inconvenience (I had taken the day off from work and spent most of it waiting on their call). This was not my first less-than-stellar experience with this service department, but it will be my last.

Buyer beware! This dealership is price gauging! 5000 more than msrp. But they wait until you get there to tell you !

As always to expect, the best service!
I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. The service advisors are pleasant to work with and they actually listen to your concerns when you bring your car in for service. The shop tech's are very well trained in the product that they service, never had a problem after I brought my car in!
