Great atmosphere !
The folks at the Glen Allen, VA location are awesome! They’re a super fun bunch that are really supportive and looking to make sure members are meeting their goal. The workouts definitely kick your butt too!

Kickboxing? Yes, please!
After my first class I knew I had found a full body workout perfect for me! The environment is fun and clean, the staff is amazing, and I am gaining more skills with each class. My body can feel the difference of this work out compared to any other I have done, and it drives me to reach my goals. It is more than weight loss; it is confidence, self defense, strength, stamina, friendships, good times, networking, and so much more. An hour of work out each class goes by so quickly! Can't recommend enough!
Great workout, super nice staff and very welcoming.
I have been looking for a new type of exercise that would challenge me and also get great results and I certainly found at I Love Kickboxing Apple Valley.

Best place ever
I feel so happy to have found this place. I always wanted to do kickboxing. It’s a very clean place. Also I feel great. I lost 18 pounds in 2 months. I feel very happy with my physical changes and my new food routine and my increase in physical performance. I feel comfortable being because everyone is so kind and energetic. And I will continue going and this routine. And the trainers are friendly and I feel happy being with them.

Love this Place
I love this place! I have never weighed as much as I do right now in my life. I needed to make a change. I joined I love kickboxing and it has changed my life! I am down about 10 pounds in 2 weeks by attending classes. All the instructors there are so friendly and amazing and make you feel like you belong here. This is hands down the best decision I've ever made♡ You will not get a better workout anywhere else.

Best place to work out!
I Love Kickboxing has changed how I view working out.
Going to class makes me happy instead of thinking thru the day for any small excuse to skip the workout.
I think it is the fact that the staff is always happy, they know you by your name, they celebrate any small victory you may have with you (scale and non-scale).
The staff always comes to your bag and says hi! Or high five you and take time to help you make any modifications you may need like in my case since I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis.
The work out is challenging and since the environment is very friendly we all cheer our “neighbors”. This is perfect for beginners or anybody looking for a change on their routine!
I totally recommend you trying this work out, I have done it for the past 6 months and I don’t understand why I didn´t start it sooner.

Staff is friendly and motivational. Go at your own pace. Works every part of your body. Classes are always fun and energetic. Glad I signed up to be apart of the fit fam.

I love Kickboxing Applevalley is the BEST!
I'm not one to be motivated and have a tough time exercising. Going to the gym and working out just wasn't enough. My first class at I Love Kickboxing was amazing! You have so much support and love! Because of physical reasons I am not able to do all the warm ups but C.J. helped me through by giving me alternate excercises so I'm still moving without hurting myself or getting frustrated! I love this class and if you give it a chance, you'll love it too! ??Applevalley is the BEST!
