I started the 6 week challenge back in May 2023. I have never been one to join organized fitness classes but took the giant leap. The first week was tough but I pushed myself. I came back the second week stronger and kept going. I started to really enjoy the classes so much that after the 6 weeks, I signed up for a membership. Going from wow this is tough to I can't wait to keep coming back for more. I lost 11lb within the 6 week challenge. The instructors are so helpful. I am so happy that I found this I Love Kickboxing community. I highly encourage getting started and give it more than a week.

kickup your workout
Great workout at the ILKB Glen Allen location. If you are looking to switch up your workout routine this should be your first stop. I needed something to remotivate me and this was it. Instructors are fun, encouraging and give great directions & tips each time to make sure you're doing moves correctly and still keeping it engaging. Very clean also! Each month has something new to challenge you. Check them out!

Awesome workout!
I will be coming up on my 300th class, that says something about ILKB! The instructors are fun and motivating! The “teamwork” with the “workout family” you meet is just as fun! If you want to work hard and play hard this is the place for you! It’s certainly a fit for me! :)

Results!!!
I joined the Glen Allen 6 week challenge, this has been an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I lost weight, lowered my BMI and the diet was manageable. Continuing with a monthly membership, motivated to lose more weight?

ILKB glen Allen
This place is so much fun. Although I've been going for a short period. I see a difference between weight and energy and loving every bit of it. The instructors are great and just all around fun. Super fun atmosphere. Clean facilities. I will definitely keep coming back.
