I've been a member at ILKB Falls Church for just over a month now and I absolutely love it! The staff are amazing at keeping you motivated and coming back for more. Every work out is fantastic and I've noticed changes not only in my body, but in my energy level throughout the day and my mood. The staff and other members push you to reach your fitness goals, but at your own pace. There is always a variety of people, all shapes and sizes, working hard to get a good sweat on. I always leave feeling awesome and excited to come back to class the next day. It's a really fun way to exercise, especially if you're like me and like doing your own thing, but in a class setting. Plus it is ALWAYS awesome to hit something after a long day of work!! I can't rave about it enough, you've got to try it. After just once you will be hooked!
