Parts Department very helpful!
I want to thank the parts department for going above and beyond. The man I spoke with understood my aggravation at having to drive almost an hour for a $5 bolt (surrounding dealerships did not stock it). He asked where I live and said he would meet me on his way home, since he was coming through. Saving me time and gas. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Again, thank you!
