Great work … almost perfect!
You guys do really good work but there is something that would make your service even better now that they’re not doing inspection stickers any more. You got my Cng car running great and I keep coming back - but I got stopped just now because a break light was burned out. Checkin bulbs doesn’t take long but it takes 2 people and at least in my case it’s something I don’t often think about. Something you might consider.

Yearly maintenance
This is a very honest shop…it’s worth the drive from Jenks . You get the feeling you are a valued customer. From the Service advisor, Technicians and the Owner(Jake) they are trustworthy.

A+ Highly recommend.

Very helpful, and Selfless service!
The gentleman I spoke with regarding a diagnostic was willing to listen to a concise rundown of my problem, and then told me exactly the things he would check based off what I said. This gave me a significant DIY opportunity that I may not have gotten otherwise, even though it meant they wouldn’t be getting any money from me. Outstanding customer service, next time I DO need to spend money, I know where I’m going.

Honesty
This is a very honest shop…it’s worth the drive from Oolagah..You get to talk to Service advisor, Technicians and the Owner “Jake”. They will truly save you money when they can and do great work and will treat you with respect and kindness.

Lauren said she used to go there for service years ago then she got a different vehicle, and they did not service those. She is getting a new vehicle that they can work on so she will be going there again. Jamie was helpful, he was a pleasure to visit with, didn't rush her or push her out the door and the price was reasonable.

Honest!!!
When I got my oil changed the oil shop said I needed new suspension. To verify, I took my Pilot to Ian's Shop and they told me that it will need it some time in the future but it did not need to be replaced now. I was grateful for their honesty.

Amazing service and always takes care of us!
We have used Ian’s for over three years now. Trust them over the dealership anytime. Fair prices and they know their stuff. This last time we needed a timing belt change.

First experience with Ian’s and we will be back for any Honda needs
The mechanic, even though he was very busy, took time to ride in my wife’s Honda so she could show him the issue(s) she was experiencing. The mechanic was very professional, communicated effectively, and gave us a feeling of confidence in choosing Ian’s. We had a wheel joint issue and a leaky transmission seal. The Honda runs better now then when we bought it (it was used). Thanks, Ian’s!

Fast, Affordable, Honest
Want you car fixed right? Want it fixed quickly? Want an affordable repair shop? Then look no further than Ian's. Super nice people. They replaced the AC my daughter's Honda, and from now on they'll be working on it and my Toyota. I appreciate the fact they worked me in on Friday when I called Monday when everyone else was telling me 2 weeks.
