No help for New Hyundai Palisade with cracked windshield
I purchased a 2022 Palisade with 50 miles on it. Had it for a week before noticing a small, 1 inch, crack tucked away in the bottom driver side corner of the windshield. This crack was situated where you could not even see it from inside the passenger compartment. Now I realize I could have looked over every inch of the vehicle to make sure there was no damage but I didn’t think that would be necessary with a new car with 50 miles on it and even then I may not have noticed it, it was so small. But what I can say for certain is that it did not happen in the week that I had it. It sits in a garage 90% of the time. I brought this to the attention of the salesman as well as management and received no help at all. Fast forward to April 2022, that crack now spread across the entirety of the windshield. Thanks Hyundai. Would not recommend.

Terrible
They tried to change the price we agreed on during the purchase. They then claimed they put the wrong price sticker on the car (it was there for days). The door handles were damaged and they lied and said they would fix them. The general manager and finance manager are abusive and rude. Do not buy from here.

Jieana was awesome
Jieana was an awesome sales consultant. She really knew everything about the model we were looking at. She answered every question we had. It’s a shame there is such a limited inventory right now that we were not able to make our purchase from her. I would not hesitate to send anyone to Jieana.

misleading info
Was ready to come out to the dealership to buy a car at the cost listed on the website. Received a call which notified me of a market increase of 1500 over posted price. Plus I was informed that the interest rate listed in the deals for 60 months @ .9 was probably not going to happen either.

I was told by a Hyundai employee that they can get bonuses based on customer service
I guess that's why the service manager was so upset with me
He even called me after reading my reviews

Re stocking fee
I ordered sensors from parts and was told there would be a restocking fee if not used
Since the no code no warranty service manager won't honor my warranty I'm sure I will be a bill

Warranty not honored at in
Engine light comes on
Chev dealer scans finds sensors are bad
Go to Hyundai dealerships in Warsaw
They scan and also find sensors bad
They ordered the sensors but I told them it would be a three drive to come back
They canceled the order
Go to Hyundai west allison can find no codes
I said can you just call the dealer on Warsaw to get the print out
Oh No that would be to much trouble for the west allis
dealerships
How is that for customer service
