I cannot that Charlie and his team enough
I recently brought my 2022 Ioniq 5 in for emergency service. Charlie and his team were able to diagnose the issue and explained that the part could take up to 10 days to arrive and that once it arrived, they would take care of everything. Since the repair was covered under warranty, the service team made sure that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. John, my service advisor, kept me up to speed. The part arrived sooner, and I had my car back in less than a week. Every dealership can repair cars, but what sets dealerships apart is the customer-focused service that Charlie instills in his team.

Honestly i waited too months to take my car in for The first maintenance since I I bought it Brand new. Then They had wrote my VIN # Wrong in the lady In the service department was trying to tell me there was a hundred dollar charge.... Then I waited two hours for them to do an oil change and rotate my tires.. Then to find out there's a recall on my car but they don't have the software to update it so apparently I have to wait six weeks for that. Hyundai of turnersville is horrible, In the future I will Drive an hour away to egg harbor where I bought my car. Lady in the service dept, should not be working with public.

A week to get to service vehicle that won't start...under warranty
I was notified my car will sit for a week before they get to it (Wed or Thur) Its certified pre owned, only had it for 8 months this is the second time in, same problem. No rental offered, nothing. Car wouldn't start, again. I'm just frustrated that this is the experience I've had. Its unacceptable. Why isn't this an emergency when its under warranty and won't start? Its a 3 yr old vehicle and just decides not to start from time to time. And if it happens to start when they get to guess what. I'll have to do this again! Cmon. This is ridiculous!

Charged for unnecessary repairs
My car is 7 years old and not driven very much. Car runs perfectly. I took my car in 5 months apart with a difference of 1700 miles in between visits. I was told both times I needed fuel injection cleaning and air induct cleaning adding an extra 200 to my oil change. This maintainence doesn’t even appear in the manual. According to what I researched this service is only done if the car is performing poorly. When my husband would bring in the car it was always just an oil change. When I took it in, You added services that were not necessary because you figured a woman would be too stupid to know better. It’s very sad that you take advantage of women this way. I would never buy another Hyundai as I would not like to be victimized by you again

Emergency repair
Call for an emergency repair because Car is violently shaking while driving. Was initially told to wait until April and when I was able to get a next day emergency service I was told to drop my car off to night box where no envelopes where present. Called in the morning and was told to call after lunch. Called back after lunch to get an update if my vehicle was even received from the night box and was told I would receive a call at 2. Didn’t receive a call until 4 and was told the car is ready for pickup and I had 30 min to get it or it was staying over night and they didn’t work Sunday. I had told them I needed the car for work and was given a feeling of petty reaction for calling so much to get an update. Thankfully I was in the area or else I wouldn’t have had my car for work on Monday. I was extremely surprised by how Hyundai handled this. I was also told I have a vehicle warranty that covers the part cost which was $200 however because it sat around all day I was told the warranty service was closed and I had to pay out of pocket to which I was told they might reimburse Me they might not. Completely unacceptable service from Hyundai. Don’t not recommend to anyone!!!

Fast service, professionally completed.
This is my second Hyundai, the first was a 2009 (new) Santa Fe, this one is a 2018 Elantra (used). So far no problems and the first service completed in a timely, professional manner. I have NO misgiving about going back. I scheduled my appointment with a young lady over the phone, I could not get to schedule one on the on line service form.
BTW, the lady was very competent and courteous however, I don't remember her name though.
