great experience
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Carrie as our sales lady! She was very professional and delightful to work with. No pressure and was just informative about the car.
We felt very comfortable at the dealership! it was like walking into someone's home and feeling
welcomed!! I would recommend checking out Hyundai of Plymouth if you are in the market
for a Hyundai!!

They lost my socket for the locking lug nut on purpose.
I have a complaint about Hyundai of Plymouth.

Today I went to the Town Fair Tire in Plymouth to get 4 new tires. They could not take the tires off because we could not find the locking lug nuts socket.
So I drove to Hyundai of Plymouth to get the locking lug nuts removed and to get regular lug nuts placed on the bolt. It cost me about 33 dollars.

Additional information is that Hyundai of Plymouth did perform two tire rotations for me. In the time space between those two tire rotations, I had had a nail in my tire which Town Fair Time of Plymouth had been able to repair, so the locking lug nut socket was in my vehicle at that time.

While I was in the waiting for my locking lug nuts to be fixed, I was talking to the customers waiting in the waiting room, and two of them had the same issue with not having the key to their locking lug nuts.
When I returned to the Town Fair tire and inquired about locking lug not problems, one of the people behind the desk told me that previously Hyundai of Plymouth had sold 20 vehicles without the locking lug nuts.
I do believe that this is unacceptable behavior and purposeful behavior.

I have come to the conclusion that Hyundai of Plymouth lost my locking lug nut socket on purpose. Could I get my money back?

Worst dealership ever
Worst service and sales department in the world. Most of the great reviews are bought by a raffle for a cheap Walmart TV.

Amazing Dealership. Disregard the bozos who call this place bad.
I purchased my vehicle here and have worked with them on multiple occasions. The reviews are real (go see for yourself) If you are looking for an honest, upfront dealership with a super friendly staff you have found the right dealer. Buying a car is difficult and can be sometimes hard to trust others. When you come to Hyundai of Plymouth they are up front as can be. Letting you know realistic expectations and the best price out of any Hyundai dealers in the area. It's really cool they have a TV drawing each month as well. If you had a good experience, you write a google review (to let others know how your purchase went) and you get entered into their monthly drawing.

Technician put tamper seal all over my filter
Technician put tamper seal on my oil filter on May 7 2022. Not sure why. Had a family member do my oil change this past weekend and they were unable to get the filter off. So now I’m bringing it to another shop. Thanks

Best Car Buying Experience Ever.
Just purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Palisade and I can't say how great the buying experience was. The entire sales staff was great to me and my girlfriend. We were able to do all the paper work and drive away with our new car in a very reasonable time frame. I've purchased multiple vehicles from other car dealerships in the past, and I have to this was the best experience ever. Not to mention that they are not trying to price gouge consumers like other dealerships. Definitely recommend this dealership for sure.

Great experience
I just leased a new car from this location. They were great to work with! Lisa and Matt were the people I worked with the most. They were very helpful and made everything come together. I was actually able to complete all the paperwork in advance of coming in since I don't live in the area, which was very helpful. I had a great experience with them.

Lisa was GREAT!!
My wife and I bought a car few weeks ago. While looking at several cars, we met Lisa who came out and greeted us. After about 20mins looking at several different cars we fell in love with the Santa Fe. I then took it for test drive, I came back and started the paper work. I was able to take the car home that day! Lisa was great and so friendly! Thank you Lisa!!

Just Bought a new car.
Kara was so helpful and welcoming. I really think car dealerships need to be on the up and up and be as helpful as than can be. Specially for single older women! Very nice people. I guess only time will really tell....I'm not a mechanic.

Buying a car
I was there with my grandson who was buying a car. Everyone was very polite He was able to make his choice of a car without being coerced into one he didn’t want. It was a pleasant time at the dealership and I want to recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to go to Plymouth.
