DO NOT COME HERE
If I could leave a 0 I would. This company needs to be highly investigated. I took my car in 9/2 for a battery light flashing, I was told it was the Alternator. I gave the OK to replace the part along with the other items they stated were safety issues, this visit was just under $4,000.00. A week later the battery light starts flashing, brought the car back in they said, we just need to investigate more.....after leaving me stranded for 4 days with no cars, because they would not return calls or updates and then left for the weekend. They said well, we had some alternators that were bad so we think if we put in another one that will fix it. Put in another one, a week later the light starts flashing again. Now they are stating we just don't know what to do or how to fix it... How do you make a car you don't know how to fix? They said the tech at the dealership if the computer doesn't tell them what is wrong they reach out to some person in Georgia and that person isn't' even in the state looking at my car. I was told after 2 months of my car not fixed that maybe there is a part to fix it but it will take several weeks to get in, this part shows up but now there is no one in the state to know how to put in the part, they'll have to send a technician to come fix it, then like normal never hear back from them. Finally get another call, this is a new gentleman that states the person who I was speaking with is no longer there and my only options now are to send the car to Georgia or have them buy the car back. I asked about the part...this part now does not exist. With how bad the communication is, I did not want my car going over state lines, so I asked what my buy back options are, to this day I have not received a call or email advising me on how they would buy it back. I finally took it to a mechanic for a second opinion, this mechanic went wire by wire, and did a deep dive to find what is wrong. They got to the alternator and found its was super faulty. I have reached out to Hyundai, showing them proof they have sold me a faulty part and I would like my money back. They still have not responded. This company is not trustworthy, they will scam you, treat you poorly and take your money and put in faulty parts so you just have to keep coming back to give them more money. They need to be stopped.
