Terrible service and people
I’d give no stars if I could. Left my car for its oil change appt that I had booked in advance, was told it would be an hour but they’ll contact me when it’s ready for pickup. No call, no text for hours. I called and texted, no answer. Went back to the dealership, service area is closed down, sales area had no idea of anything. Finally got my key after a half hour, to only find out they never even did my oil change! I wasted 4 solid hours of my Saturday before I have a busy week where I am taking care of my mother for surgery so getting my car serviced this weekend was really important to me. The sales department manager and his colleagues were belittling, completely unable to help, offered nothing other than “sorry maam, I don’t work in service so I don’t know what to tell you” and were rude to ME for being upset about the situation. I don’t know how 4 grown men being rude and saying “you can get out of here now” was going to help anything. I’ve never dealt with worse customer care in my life. I rarely would take to the internet to leave a review but my only recourse was to do so. At least perhaps I can save someone else from dealing with this dealership.
