Punishment for negative review
Matt called me and said since I wrote a negative review that I can get my services done elsewhere. I bought a hyundai hybrid sonata from them and they cost me thousands of dollars more because they sat on the loan for two months past the grace period so I had to reapply. My loan went from 3.89 to 5.89 and they even called me and said they were going to report it stolen. They didn't send their info to my bank. I even did a 3 way call with the financial guy and my bank to walk him through the steps. So I have a right to be dissatisfied and now even more so.

Poor buying experience
They sat on my loan for about a month. The financial guy did not know what information to send into the bank. He called me and we did a 3 way talk with USAA and she walked the financial guy through the steps to get the check. Then I get texts from the dealership a month later saying that I need to bring the car back or they will report it stolen. It happened to be on the day that I got married and was in central Iowa. I had to reapply for a loan. My interest went from 3.89 to 5.89 and all they said was sorry. They don't try to make anything up to you in any way and they charge $3499 for the warranty which I thought was included and $1500 for scratch resistant coating so it will end up costing me 8-9 thousand dollars more than expected but a few thousand for no reason due to their mistake of sitting on the loan. The issue is that they don't seem to care one bit. My next purchase will be elsewhere. They also treated me poorly when I followed every step they instructed me to do and even was on a 3 way call so my bank could walk the financial guy through the process and they still sat on my loan for another month. Oil change service persons are great ?. The sales and financial persons... They just want to make money and they don't care what extra costs you burden for their lack of action or knowledge.

STAY AWAY FROM HYUNDAI OF MANKATO MN
I HAVE TO WRIGHT THIS REVIEW AS THEY ARE A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. THIS HUNDAI DELAER WAISTED A COUPLE HOURS OUT OF MY DAY. I WAS IN THE MAKET TO BUY A NEW PALISADE AND CONTACTED THEM DIRECTLY. I SOPKE WITH MITCHELL ECCLES. THROUGHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE HE WAS NICE AND FRINDLY. I DROVE THE ALMOST HOUR THERE AND GAVE MY INFORMATION AND WAS READY TO GO FOR THE TEST DRIVE WHEN HE INFORMED ME THAT THE CAR WILL HAVE A 3K MARKET ADJUSTMENT. HE TRIED TO MAKE IT SOUND BETTER BY STATING IT USED TO BE 5K. THANX FOR TELLING ME THIS BEFORE I LEFT. THEY KNEW WHERE I WAS COMING FROM TOO. I SAT UP AND WALKED OUT. THEIR SIGHT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THIS BS. I WILL BE PUTTING THIS ALL OVER THE NET AND CONTACTING HYUNDAI TOO. I WILL BE STAYING AWAY FROM THIS BRAND IN THE FUTURE. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.

Horrible
I bought a new Hyundai. 2 days later all my electrical went dead. I called them about it and they were very rude. I asked to speak to the sales manager who is called Eli. I told him my problem and he said too bad. I insisted it should be fixed because it is only 2days old. He told me to take it to another dealer if I don't like it. I have his statement on my email. No service after the sale at Mankato Hyundai. Fuck you guys

My purchase of my used 2022 sonata.
I just purchased a 2022 sonata from Mankato Hyundai. This is the 2nd sonata I bought from them. It's just a great automobile. I worked with Drew and found him very knowledgeable with the car. I never felt pressured to buy. He was personable, kind, respectful. I would work with him again. Bottom line is I know Mankato Hyundai will be there and continue to make me happy, because they truly care.

Wonderful Experience buying used car!
My experience was the best I've had in a very long time!
Mitchell Eccles, my Product Specialist was very friendly, kind, and cared about what mattered to me most in a vehicle.
The last time I went to Hyundai of Mankato, (back in 2018-19)
I received very bad service. They now have new owners and management and I was really pleasantly surprised! The choices of vehicles were also much more than expected! They even figured out a way that I could continue my great experience in the future while I work on my credit!
I will definitely be back in the future!!
Mitchell was also A #1!

Great Experience
HI - I always have a good experience at H of M. I have been taking my car there since moving up this way from Texas and they always seem to do a great job. It's kind of fun to also talk to the sales people and check out all the newer models while I wait for my service to be finished - always a nice experience!
