I went in with a number of what I was willing to spend and it was firm. The whole negotiation process took under a half hour. It was clear that they wanted to do business and wanted me to leave happy. I'm happy with the car and the benefits of a CPO. The detailing inside could have been a bit better and two keys should be provided as a standard courtesy.
