I took my Santa Fe in for recall work. While there I took the service manager out to my SUV to show him a missing nut on the rear spoiler. He said they would replace it if they had the part. (It is a standard nut they should have in open stock). When I picked up the SUV the nut hadn't been replaced. The manager said they probably didn't have the part. (Once again, it is a standard nut available in open stock) . When I got home I reviewed my paperwork and noticed that replacing the nut wasn't even written up. I don't think he was ever going to replace it in the first place. This kind of not attention to detail really puts me off using these people again.
