Joe was responsive to address my complaints on the car's problem.
The problem was identified and on followup appointment diagnostic found that I needed Transmission, now I am waiting on Hyundai to deliver. I have no complaints at this time. Honest efficient team, thank you

Concerns dismissed
Great sales and service office staff!! Poor service center. Dismissed most of my concerns as "Cannot Duplicate" or "As Designed" without even asking for more clarifications or really looking into it. Parts on order for others, even a common fuse! I spoke with corporate Hyundai and they recommend I take my car to a center that has a trained professional on my cars specific model. Not all service personnel are rated to all Hyundai vehicles, call and ask.

As the sole installation was the trunk latch I am unable to characterize more extensive service. But I can say I was impressed with the condition of my car when I picked it up.

This was the easiest most pleasant purchase.
This is our first purchase at this dealership. Between my dad and I we average a car a year to purchase since 2017. All Hyundai’s. we have been using a local dealership and we will never go back to our local lot. Gilroy has earned customers for life. 208 mile round trip and 20 minutes in the dealership is still quicker and cheaper than. Staying local! You guys are the BEST! Thank you

We have been servicing our vehicle there for the past 5 years. I was a little disappointed at the online scheduling system. On the day of service my appointment was moved 2 to 3 hours later than originally scheduled 3 days earlier. The work performed was great and I would recommend them for service
