We have been working hard researching this situation, and your mother has made contact with our Service Manager. We were able to correct the error in our system that indicated your parents vehicle on your profile. We have created a new profile with your mothers information and with a note indicating that all future repairs be approved by her only. We are sorry to hear about this unfortunate misunderstanding, and we would have never proceeded with repairs had we followed the direction your mother provided. After speaking with your mother, we believe we have provided a resolution that is to her satisfaction.
