Anytime I’ve gone to Hyundai/Hyundai service center, I’m always met with polite service. Very respectful of time, if there is too long of a wait they will hold your spot allowing your day to continue until they call you for your turn.

Great vehicle, minimal knowledge of vehicle
Technicians "couldn't duplicate" an issue that happens 100% of the time and also said if they took something apart they would not be sure if they could get it back together, mind you this car was purchased brand new from them and is supposed to have warranty. It is literally their job to take something apart and make the repair and make sure it is fully operational. Terrible service. Sales are fine, service is terrible.

How much I like Hyundai of Brenham and why.....
I can tell the guy with the AC Blower motor problem what my experience was with the same problem.
I carry 2 bog dos in my Santa Fe and have dog beds in the back and because the vents are right at back deck level the seats are folded down those vents are blocked with whatever in in front of them Also I was not aware that there is an air filter inside
the glove box that needs changing and mine was full of dog hair and dirt debris.
May I recommend to Hyundai manufacturing that those vent should be placed up higher so when cargo space is loaded with luggage, bags, etc they need to be in a place where they can breath. That is my only issue with this model. Not sure about the other models

Unexpected damage from a cat….finally fixed!
These are crazy times. A cat decides to climb into the engine compartment and does $1000+ damage as he heads to Cat Heaven. One of the repair parts needed was not available ANYWHERE and ultimately had to be shipped from Korea! Thank you to the service department for ultimately doing a great repair job and coordinating with Enterprise Rental to keep us in a vehicle the entire time that our Santa Fe was out of commission. It was disappointing to climb into my repaired vehicle that was covered in dirt and dust from sitting on the repair lot (for over a month). But I guess those “extras” have been a victim of COVID.

They will take their Friends/Employees ahead of you even if they come in after you. Wait for oil change just about two hours!
