In the early morning of July 9, 2024 (Tuesday) I dropped my Hyundai Sonata off with the service dept. After waiting about 15 minutes, I wondered outside to check out the new Hyundai's on the lot. I was greeted by a Sales Associate named Tony who goes by TJ. TJ asked me if I was interested in a new or pre-owned Hyundai. I told him that I was indeed thinking about it. TJ took the time to listen to me and after chatting for about 15 minutes he found my next new Hyundai Sonata. We spent the next hour going through the sales process and at the end of it all, I drove home in my Brand New 2024 Sonata. I can't say enough about how TJ and Ben (Accounting) guided me through the whole buying process with curtesy and ease. All my questions were answered regarding the purchase process as well as the car's function. Thank You Hyundai of Anderson. You have a customer for Life.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced
I would recommend this dealership and its amazing crew for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They made it a mission to accommodate my situation and needs in the purchase of my Hyundai Santa Fe. Attentive, even to a stranger
I live in Ohio and was visiting my son, when I realized my smart cruise control and emegency braking was not working properly. I set up an appointment with Hyundai of Anderson. The customer service folks, Miranda and Chad were extremely gratious and attentive while the service men tried to address my issue. The problem was likely an unintented issue resulting from an error at my hometown. Not only did they address the issue they also fixed a recall issue that I was not aware of. Folks in Anderson area are licky to have such a quality service department. Thanks for the great service.

No more Hyundais for our family.
On June 29th I was on my way to a final family reunion, all my Brake warning Lights came on , i turned around after traveling 50 mile and came home. My family ( Hyundai Family) called your dealership and set me up appointment through Exzekil . Appt was 1pm which I arrived to get the car diagnosed, my car set there in front of me for over an hour before the technician took my car back. a 1/2 hour later the receptionist and a supervisor went outside with a customer and 10 mins later the technician walked back inside looking for them. he went outside where another 5 minutes passerby as they all walked back inside , they continued to whisper among themselves and right away I knew something was up. That was confirmed to me when the receptionist gave me a strange look as she smirk typing up my report and called me to desk. She informed me the my Electronic Brake Acuator was shot and it would be $3000 to repair, on top of that they charged me $180 with tax $215. I took car back and decided to look at my oprtions. I took the car for a second opinion where there cost to diagnose the car on their computer was $20 plus they took it for a ride as it should be done correctly to read which tire/tires might have a bad speed sensor. They discovered that my left front drivers side speed sensor was out of alignment which they repaired and refused to charge me anything. I was livid when their cost was 10 times less then what you charged . On top of that , I never made my reunion. I began to research and read your reviews and discovered technicians make a commission the more money they make the dealership. This same car used to be my mother's where she took it into a dealership because her mirror was not showing the direction of travel , there told her that she needed to get a new mirror at the cost of $180 . I went on youtube and learned that if you press and hold two buttons , the mirror would reset which it did. As I stated earlier , we have 3 Hyundias in our family , after a discussion about the dishonesty and the recalls which one of us was not notified until the Santa Fe caught fire we have decided no more. Charging me 10 times what other people can do and do it properly is outrageous. I have also decided to right a complaint to the Consumer Department of South Carolina and i tried to place it of the BBB website which was down. I am planning on sharing my story on Social Media and state more facts I have found along the way . There is too much greed and dishonesty happening in this world and doing business this way calls into question what you condone.

They lie to make you come in
This dealership reached out to me to buy my truck, Vicki (Victoria) asked what I would take for my truck I told her $15,000. She spoke to her manager and he said to bring it in because they were close on my number. I took a half day off from work, drove to them and Vicki never came out to meet me. The dealership told me they didn't know where Vicki got those numbers from but they were only paying $8,500. The guy they sent out to speak to us had only worked there for 2 days. They didn't try to contact us before we arrived for our 3:00 pm appointment and acted like it was no big deal. They were not professional at all and didn't even apologize.

Bought Kona with help of Jordan and Kia
Jordan was patient and did not tell me what I wanted. Direct and asked about my priorities and no pressure. Explained everything and good experience. Kia set up all my media and managed to remain pleasant with my numerous questions. Felt both above and beyond to make the process a positive one

Great People !!
I want to give a special thanks to TED, HEATHER, & TORI!!
My husband and i were traveling back to NC from ATL for Christmas break & our car broke down. We were able to have it towed to the dealership where it was serviced, only to find our engine was going bad.
WE WERE STUCK IN SC FOR 3 DAYS. During that time we were taken care of; from rides to & from hotel by staff. They worked with us ensuring we were able to get a NEW 2023 Hyundai Elantra & make it back home. I am proud to say we finally made it back to NC.
THANK YOU ALL ONCE AGAIN .. we couldn’t have done it without you all.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP! Took my Santa Fe in for oil change and tire rotation ($19.95). Review of brakes, tires, filters, windshield wipers is supposed to be free.

No rotation done - "best tires are already on the front". However, did a 4 wheel alignment for $119.98 without my approval.

No report for remaining tire tread, brake linings, etc.

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER AGAIN.

Never get Maintenance done here!
They charged me almost 400 for an oil change, filters, an "alignment" and fluids. 4k miles later and I'm at Goodyear. Nothing was done w the filters and they say my alignment is much worse than last time they quoted me. Terrible experience purchasing my car with them and their Service Department.
