Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic on an airbag error light. When Hysmith does an oil change they don’t just top your fluids, they check out everything. Your notified of everything they find but no pressure to get anything fixed. Heck I had to ask for a price for one of the recommended services. Now on my diagnostic! The machine didn’t show anything, he went on online to google AI and found the reason for my error light and what was needed to fix it. How cool is that. Top notch service!!!

Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Used Hysmith's 3 or 4 times since we've moved to graham and each time we are blown away and the customer service and genuine integrity they have which seems to be lost and most car repair places. Repairs were made very quickly and communication was top notch!
Took my 2011 Nissan titan in to get a leak fix. Immediately they showed confidence in the ability to fix my truck. Very knowledgeable about Titan's known issues. And they were very reasonable with their prices. Plus they support our veterans. I will definitely be going back for any further issues. I highly recommend using Hysmith.
Driving to Texas from Mn, we encountered a flat tire and needed to get this fixed but with the cold weather, every tire place was closed .
We call Hysmiths and they took very good care of us! We had replaced two front tires in a matter of no time.

Got the problem fixed with virtually no notice before a trip
Because I had nowhere to go and no one to pick me up I spent approximately 7 hours in the lobby of the auto shop while they waited on the correct part. It would have been nice if they had offered me a short ride to get food halfway through the day. Aside from that oversight I can't fault their work. They've always done quality business. It costs more than some places but the peace of mind knowing they're doing it the right way vs taking shortcuts is always good.
They started diagnosing my truck right when I brought it in and had it done in four days! Their communication was awesome by contacting me with every update.
