Honest and fair!
Kim and Jeff are very good at listening to any issues you may have with your vehicle and suggesting any work that you may need. Prices are reasonable and work is done in a timely matter. We've been using them for a few years, and they haven't "steered" us wrong.

Honda CRV oil change
Have always had excellent service and care from Hummel. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Went in for an oil change and they discovered the battery wasn't charging correctly. Thank goodness they caught it. My greatest fear is out alone at night with a dead battery. Love these guys, feel like family.

Kia Soul Catalytic/Check Engine Light Issue
Called & Kim was able to have my car looked at next day. Gave me update on the issue the car was experiencing along with the estimate to be able to get it fixed the same day.
Outstanding customer service - the care, compassion, effectiveness as well as great communication in explaining the issue is actually worth more that 5 stars - rarely find this in today's business/service world.
