Confirmed an appointment telling them I would arrive at a certain time to take a look at a preowned vehicle of interest. 45 min later I get there and all of a sudden the car had just sold. Not even a courtesy text to inform me. Indifferent attitude upon speaking to a “manager” of time wasted

Above and Beyond!
I cannot express enough what a wonderful experience our family had at West Houston Hyundai, all thanks to Ricky! We test drove, asked all the questions, went home, texted more questions, and then came back and purchased our Palisade. Ricky answered every question and was incredibly patient and thorough. We really appreciated that he took the time to make sure we understood all the vehicle's functions before we pulled off the lot. We were also very very thankful for his negotiating skills in getting us at the price point we needed. He truly cared that we got what we needed and understood everything. Hands down the best car buying experience we've had in years! Thank you Ricky!

Good work & communication
I booked my appt using the Hub website and this allowed me to check-in online when arrived. Hit a snag when I got there, but the service advisor assisted with a prompt check-in. The visit was for an oil change and inspection and took a couple hours, which I expected. The advisor walked me through a couple items which may need attention in the future and even took me out to the car to explain/show me. Great communication and care!
