Skilled, honest mechanics!
The first time we used Houseright & Sons, we had just purchased a used vehicle and the water pump went out. The warranty covered it but there were only two places near us where they would pay for it. The other place was a major chain that I wouldn't trust to repair a bicycle. So, I gave them a try. I was so impressed that we've used them ever since. How do I know they're honest? Once, when we picked up our car, the bill was lower than what they quoted. Obviously this isn't going to happen everytime, but that says honesty to me. Plus, if they see a problem while doing something else, they tell you. They don't wait until it gets so bad that the repair bill is unaffordable. I'll never use anyone else!
