It was a process of elimination. The technician found that the battery cable next to the firewall was loose and need cleaning. The technician addressed that, and I was not charged for this service.
Within the same week my truck again had issues starting until it wouldn’t start at all. I was able to get my truck to Houseright’s shop Saturday just before their closing time.
On Monday morning Scott at Houseright’s called me to inform the starter needed to be replaced, and they had the starter in my truck replaced and ready for pick up by 1:30 pm that same day.
