Firstly, their name is not just a catchy advertisement; the company is owned by Emmanuel, who is up-front and straightforward. Honesty is the perfect name for his shop.
The work they did on my car was exceptional. Manny and Larry communicated clearly with me every step of the way, and they helped me to deal with my insurance company and the rental agency - something which otherwise would have been extremely challenging.
When I saw my car after the work was completed, I was entirely amazed. They not only repaired the exterior damage, but somehow managed to make my six year old car look brand new!
In addition, Larry helped me with several other issues I was having with my car and answered questions about parts and services which I was never able to get a straight answer about from the dealers or other shops. He was not at all patronizing with me, or manipulative, the way other guys at shops can be with women. He was simply helpful and honest.
I am so pleased that I brought my car to Honesty Automotive Repairs for the body work. I cannot imagine a reason to go anywhere else, and I intend to use the shop for any work or service I need in the future.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who does not want to be ripped off.
Everything was great, from the time I first called. I was able to bring my car. I’m promptly. The service was great. I was told what was wrong, how much it would cost and when it would be. Ready. Everything was handled very professionally. I will always use Honesty.

I was traveling through the area nack home to buffalo when the turbo intercooler broke and had to pull over. Limped it to a couple shops that said it was to late in the day to look at it since it was 4pm on a Monday. Found Honesty and they got right to it and diagnosed the issue. They had to order the part so it would be the next morning. Got a room came back and they got us a rent a car with an exceptional rate and did the work done in a days time. Always answered questions, gave options in every turn, they actually had a lower bill by a couple hundred then was initially quoted. Dealt 100 percent with Gavin and Tom and couldnt be happier. Very professional and helpful at every turn. Wish they were in my city.
My car broke down and I had it towed to Honesty. I was very impressed. It turned out that I needed a new engine. They called the dealership to find out if it was under warranty. They even arranged for it to be towed to the dealership. I was only charged have the diagnostic price since it didn't take to long to figure out the problem.
