Service
Normally I'm very happy with the service department. Today not so much. I had an appointment to get the rear end of my 2022 Honda Accord Sport checked out because when I had the tires rotated I was told the tire wear was abnormal in the back tires. The person I spoke with must have been having a bad day because they were rude with a bad attitude. They told me I should have had an alinement every 15,000 thousand miles. Like I was supposed to automatically know that. That would cost me 140 something dollars and to check the suspension it would have to put on the dianostic thing for another 200 hundred dollars. So much for buying a new car that's supposed to have a warranty. At that point I just said nevermind and left. I'll find someone else to see if my car is safe to drive. I hope that service person has a better day tomorrow.

Service to satisfy a recall
I bought a new Honda Passport in March and was enjoying driving and learning about my awesome new vehicle. After just a few weeks I received a recall email from the service department at Honda of Superstition Springs. I made an appointment and dropped the car off for the required service. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed about the progress of the service. When I returned to pick up my car he answered several questions I had about new, unfamiliar amenities included in the vehicle. Jason made my first service appointment a very positive experience.

4 hours foran oil change
I scheduled my appointment for service 2 weeks in advance and get there to find out a 4 hour wait! I’ll do it myself!

Do not trust the service department
They steal or forget to put major parts back on your car after service. They do not complete work they charge you for. I took my car in for tire rotation and because of past service work I marked all my tires. When I got home all the tires were still in original place even though they charged me.

Sales and Service were Excellen
We purchased a used car from John Sims at Honda of Superstition Springs. The car was in great condition but it needed a small service after our purchase. Not only was the sales process great but the service department was wonderful. Tommy and Andrew took good care of me and my car through the entire process.

Buyer Beware!
So many issues starting with the purchase of this car. Not enough space to communicate everything. They sold me a 3rd party service contact which doesn't say anywhere that I have to bring it back to them infact it just says they will waive the deductible if I bring it back to them or it would be $100 anywhere else. They won't release the contract to the Honda I have it at getting it fixed. They said I could have it towed there. The other dealership has the parts and my car, which means I would have to wait for parts to be ordered and go back to the disliked dealershp

A/C problems 2016 Honda Civic
I am really upset, I bought my car off the showroom floor brand new and bought the extended warranty. Ever since I have had my car I have had A/C issues, living in AZ this is not acceptable.
I live in Florence and I take my car here because I bought my car here for service, it is over an hr drive with no A/C.
The dealership replaced my A/C and kept my car for over a week, come to find out they dont repair acs at the dealership they take your car somewhere else.
After they replaced it, the a/c quit working properly and blowing hot air, so I know I have had the a/c condenser replaced more than once and low and behold same issue again.
I took it in Oct 2021 and they replaced the a/c condenser unit then and my a/c stopped working again this May.
The temperature has been record high this summer so my car sat in garage because too hot to drive luckily I have a older 1999 Toyota Camry I have been driving and the a/c in it will blow you away. So i havent driven it since May until today when I made my appt to once again get it fixed.
My appt was at 10 am I left my home early because I dreaded driving because of the heat and I arrived early around 9:30, my appt was with Weyman but he was off. I talked to service attendant and he took me to an office I think I spoke with Mike, I think he was service mgr because he had office.
I told him my concerns and explained that ever since I purchased my vehicle from them this has been an ongoing issue. He pulled info up on computer and stated that they replaced a/c condenser in Oct 2021 and it should be under warranty as long as I havent driven over 12000 miles since Oct which I havent my car has been in the garage since May. He said that Weyham would assist me. Well Weyham was not there so the just had another svc advisor Logan assist me.
He ask if I bought warranty on my vehicle and I told him yes When I purchased my vehicle from them i bought the 120000 mile extended warranty. He had me go to my car and I brought it to him. He immediately std that my warranty says 72 months or 120000 miles, my car has 95498 on it not even 100000.
He then std that Honda civics are known for a/c problems and I would have to pay for them to fix it and i would have to leave my car and the would have to take my car somewhere else to have for them to do diagnostics they do not have equipment there.
So i would have to have my son come pick me up and leave my car there and I would have to pay.
So I was devastated to say the least, the svc mgr I think he name is Mike, stated a/c condenser should still be covered since Oct 2021, I havent driven 12000 since then.
I told him just to do Oil change that I didnt have money for ac repair .
So driving home from the dealership i sweat and time I got home I had to change my shirt from the sweat.
I am so upset, the A/c has been an issue ever since I bought it and drove it out of showroom floor. My car was inside in showroom and I wanted it because they didnt have another one in that color.
I am truly upset disappointed and I have been loyal customer I drive over an hr each time my car needs service because they know my car history and they sold me my car.
Now my car is in my garage and I will not drive i guess until I can afford to get it fixed. With gas prices and inflation money is an issue. I am single mom as well .
After this experience not only will I not be a lifetime customer, but I dont trust them and this has been the worst experience I have had. They know this is ongoing and yet they dont seem to care. I am so upset I am looking into steps to file complaint with BBB .

Oil changed
Went in for a oil change .. Jessie was very helpful and spoke to him bout a coupon for my oil change .. he was able to help me with that .. I was thankful cuz I haven’t been paid for 2 weeks and was able to afford to pay for it .. thanks Jessie for being nice .. he had excellent customer service!!!

Fast and genuine
I normally do my own maintenance on my vehicle but when it comes getting the job done quick and clean, Brian Kobayashi in service did a fantastic job. He’s always helps me out when it comes to my vehicles needs.

Love my New Truck! Honda Superstition is the best. Ask for Stuart!
We just got a sweet deal on our certified pre-owned 2021 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Superstition Springs Honda. What a beauty. The car was in show room condition and drove like new. Stuart Fox helped us out with the whole process from start to finish. The old adage about car sales people couldn’t be further from the truth in Stuart’s case. He told us that he hwould treat his customers as he would want to be treated. He did everything exactly as he said he would do and nothing less. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car for us!!! I wish car buying would be as easy and painless every time as it was with this one. Thanks a million Stuart. I would ask for him again when looking for my next Honda.

Awful Customer Service
30 days after buying a brand new 2021 Honda Accord I had problems and questions. No one, not the finance manager or service manager has returned a call.
