I visited Hometown Tire because I ordered tires through Tire Rack and they were listed as a preferred installer. They’re not super close to my house, but they had the most reasonable installation rates, and I’ve used them before with a great experience, so it was an easy choice.
Amanda at the service desk is absolutely fantastic. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and gets things done quickly without any confusion or runaround. Customer service like that is hard to find.
The guys in the shop are also fast and professional, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish.
While I was waiting, I noticed a lot of customers coming in for general mechanic work, and everyone seemed genuinely happy with the service. The shop had a very honest, trustworthy vibe, not pushy, not salesy, just straightforward and professional. When I got home, I even told my husband that if we ever have issues with our classic cars, we should bring them here because they really seem like the kind of place you can trust.
Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely continue using them in the future.
