Although everyone came off pretty nice, I feel like I got bamboozled. I dropped my car off, not knowing what was going on because a previous auto shop I took my car too claimed they fixed the car just for me to get it and it still be acting up, which is how I ended up here. They informed me that the previous auto shop never took my emergency break off so they informed me I had to pay for brakes and rotors. When I finally get the call back that my car is done as I get in my car to pull off my car sounds funny and is driving funny so I circle back around to the shop just for them to tell me I have to go back to the other shop because the problem they fixed is what’s causing the issue now. Just for me to go back to the other shop and they tell me I never needed any brakes or rotors. although hometown did change my brakes and rotors, I received my vehicle back filling and driving the same way I brought it in. It’s very overwhelming To bring your vehicle to a mechanic and expect them to fix the problem pay all the money and end up broke and in the same situation. I feel like why have me come in and tell me my car is ready when it was known that it was still having issues. That was the whole point of me bringing my vehicle. Why would I want to get a car back Still messed up or at least tell me on the phone before having me come in that the problem still wasn’t fixed between Hometown and the other shop I came out of 700 bucks that I did not have only to still be left with a messed up vehicle. It really sucks being that it’s Christmas time and I couldn’t get my kids anything because everything went into my car that’s still messed up😔….. One things for sure though God always provides for my needs. This is a setback, but I trust in my Lord and savior. God bless
