The lady behind the counter, I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what was going on. She was anything but nice especially when I was at the checkout point they told me that my third brake light was flashing. I told them I installed a flasher relay for that brake light because it’s that way on all the new vehicles they gave me an estimate for $621 to diagnose why the light is doing it and they think that I have a short in the wire. I told her it was because of the relay and the mechanic should have seen that it flashes three times and stays on constant that’s common. I don’t understand how that could’ve been missed. The relay is on the inside of the van right below the light I didn’t hide it. It’s it’s right there. The other thing I have two studs on my exhaust manifold that are broken. It’s been that way since I bought the van six years ago every shop has told me about it but at this place they’re telling me I need a brand new manifold which that doesn’t make sense. the manifold is fine. I just need two studs drilled out and replaced, but every other mechanic told me that it’s not an issue as long as the fumes are not coming into the vehicle. It’s not an issue and that was a minimum of $270 and when they removed the studs because it’s a 2004 van they’re gonna break several other studs. That’s the other reason. The other mechanics didn’t want to do the work because it would just cost me a fortune. The last item they hit me with was two front wheel bearings they want to do the inner and outer on the passenger side, I told her that I just replaced the brakes about three months ago my squealers on the old pads never kicked in so it dug into the rotor. The rotor is not even a year old so the squeal they’re hearing is the pad against the damaged lightly damaged area on the rotor. It’s still a brand new rotor. I guess I’ll sand it down to make it flush with everything else and I told them I put in in an outer bearings on both the driver and passenger. I replaced the entire front and rear suspension on that vehicle. There’s a brand new transmission. Everything in that car has been replaced in the last two years except the motor and every other place I’ve ever taken my van who has complimented me because it’s a 2004 and it’s not a rust bucket. I am out there working on that thing consistently but I also take my other work truck there and I’ve never had this issue with them. I have been taking my 1990 bucket truck for two years and they never did anything like this with the bucket truck which is 30 something years old my biggest issue was just the way the lady handled it each time. I told her what the issue was and it can be easily solved as in just unplugged the relay if you just want to see a constant brake light, she got angry about that. I told her about the rotor and the fact that I’ve already done the and Outer bearings not even a year ago and that upset her. I just don’t understand what she was so angry about your job is customer service. I’m sorry but you should be professional. I never gave her an attitude problem. I was polite said thank you but they won over $2000 to repair items that don’t need to be repaired. That’s why I was trying to talk to her about it so maybe I could speak to the mechanic and show him what I was talking about but that didn’t happen either. It’s like I couldn’t rebuttal anything that she said at all honestly for years I’ve never had an issue with this company until now, but I do remember every time I’ve dealt with that woman. She is always rude.
